My wife and I just got married in October of this year and are looking to start a family within a year or so. We were residing in Southern California and realized after pricing houses down there we couldn’t afford what we wanted where we wanted. After some searching we came up with Arizona for a place to relocate to, but didn’t know anyone in the state for advice. We went online and emailed 5 real-estate agents from various companies.
