Verna and I appreciated all the skill and effort that went into the recent sale of our Villa at Winfield. In particular we can point to four characteristics that were important to us in electing the “Jeff and Jane” team. These characteristics also proved to be key in the sale and close of our Villa. 4. A trouble free close (at least from what we saw)
